Ignator HeroLED T720W 2.95 PPE
The Ignator HeroLED 720W is a next-generation LED luminaire with integrated driver, designed for indoor growers who demand maximum efficiency, real power and total crop control. With a leading efficacy of 2.95 µmol/J and a photosynthetic photon flux of 2124 µmol/s (PPF), it delivers intense, uniform and stable lighting, optimised for the plant’s entire life cycle: growth and flowering.
Its compact 6-bar LED design with uniform distribution guarantees excellent light penetration across the canopy, reducing shadows and maximising the use of every watt consumed. With a neutral colour temperature of 3700K, it provides a full spectrum, balanced and stable, which promotes vigorous growth, compact internodes and productive flowering.
In addition, and unlike traditional plastic housings, where the diodes are mounted on bars with encapsulation layers that cause optical losses, the Ignator HeroLED 720W features Conformal Coating technology in which a silicone coating is applied directly to the diodes.
This optical-grade encapsulation is a solution that allows a greater proportion of the generated light to reach the crop directly, improving photon transfer and increasing efficacy. This enables light transmission of over 98% (avoiding the unnecessary refraction of curved covers) and acts as an efficient thermal interface, dissipating heat directly into the environment rather than allowing it to accumulate.
The HeroLED 720W incorporates a 0–10V dimming system that allows power adjustment across five levels (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%), adapting light intensity to each cultivation stage and optimising energy consumption. Its power factor above 95% ensures efficient and stable operation even in demanding installations.
Passive thermal management, without fans, eliminates noise and mechanical failure points, extending the service life of the unit up to 50,000 hours and maintaining a more stable growing environment.
The system features a 180º foldable design, facilitating installation, transport and adaptation to different cultivation configurations: grow tents, indoor rooms or vertical racks. Its IP65 protection rating makes it resistant to dust and moisture, ensuring reliability even in highly demanding environments.
