MC122 PH Controller (without Pump) Range 0.0 to 14.0 pH

PHEC0122

Sold by Natural SystemsMore information

The MC122 is a PH controller. That is, a continuous PH meter with alarm and electrical outlet to activate an external electrical equipment: This external equipment can be, for example, a dosing pump that will be activated when the controller meter has passed the set point data and that will inject PH correction solution into the tank; For example also, you can couple an electro valve (solenoid valve) to inject CO2 into your aquarium.

The MC122 PH controller is a continuous PH meter with alarm and electrical outlet to activate an external electrical equipment: This equipment to be coupled to the MC122 PH controller can be, for example, a dosing pump that will be activated when the controller meter has passed the data of set-up and inject pH correction solution into the tank; Also the equipment to be coupled to the PH MC122 controller can be an electro valve (solenoid valve) to inject CO2 into your aquarium.

The MC122 PH controller with solenoid valve is ideal for your aquarium, fish farming; And with a pH corrector dosing pump, the MC122 is ideal for correcting the pH of your nutrient tank in your traditional or hydroponic culture.

The MC122 PH controller has a scale of 0.0 to 14.4 pH. Its calibration is manual. Its external equipment control block has a wheel to set the setpoint data: from 0.5 to 9.5 pH. At the same time that the external equipment is activated, a visual alarm (red led) will also be activated.

Calibration of the PH MC122 controller is manual (in 2 points: pH 7.01 and pH 4.01 / 10.1)

Range: 0.0 to 14.0 pH

Resolution: 0.1pH

Accuracy: 0.2pH

PH electrode: MA911B / 2, with 2 meter cable, BNC connector (included)

12 VDC adapter (included)

Installation and measurement of the PH controller MC122

Connect the 12VDC transformer to power
Connect the Docking Station to the power (black and white socket)
Connect the PH electrode to the base of the meter
Remove the protection from the probe before any measurement.
Make sure the meter was calibrated before use.
Immerse the pH electrode (2.5 cm) in the tank broth (let it float with the help of a wide polyexpan for example).
Turn on the meter by pressing the ON / OFF button
Choose the PH control mode (for PH> to set point: press "above" / For pH <to set point: press "below")
Allow the reading to stabilize and the meter will begin continuous monitoring.
A visual alarm indicates when the measurement exceeds the set point.
When the alarm is activated, the docking station is also activated, and from there the auxiliary equipment is turned on.
The set point can be selected by adjusting the center front knob to the desired value.
Selection scaling goes from 5.5 to 9.5pH
Calibration:

Remove the protection from the electrode.
Immerse the electrode in an envelope of pH7.01 calibration liquid and wait for the data to stabilize.
With the help of a screwdriver, adjust the data to pH7.0
Set the PH4 / PH10 button to PH4.0 data.
The meter is calibrated and ready to measure.
It is advisable to calibrate the meter at least once a month, or after a long period of non-use or after changing the electrode.
