The use of calibration, cleaning and storage solutions is essential for the correct use of your meters. In addition to proper use, the electrode also benefits from a longer service life and improved performance. To calibrate using the MA9004 l calibration buffer bottle, pour calibration solution into a glass until it reaches a depth of 1 cm. Switch on the meter and place the tip of the probe or electrode into the glass. Then proceed with the calibration.
Calibration can be carried out either manually or automatically. In the case of manual calibration using the MA9004 calibration buffer bottle, switch on your meter, place the meter or electrode into the glass, gently stir to help the meter read the buffer, then use the calibration screwdriver or calibration adjustment wheel (depending on the model) to adjust the reading on the display to match the value indicated on the buffer. In the case of automatic calibration using the MA9004, follow the instructions in your meter's manual. The calibration procedure will depend on the type of meter.
