Tandem

The design of our Tumbler peelers allows them to be joined in tandem. Our work system provides a great production! Designed for large-scale producers and producers with a projection to grow. The MT Tumbler Full System can be built in different ways depending on the needs:

Entrance and exit tapes

Designed to increase and automate the performance of Tumbler models, up to 30% more production. Both tapes are certified for food use.

With the entrance belt, you will maintain a constant feeding with the possibility of regulating the speed to the peeling needs of your flower.

The output belts allow a comfortable quality control thanks to the speed regulator, allowing you to identify damaged and / or lack of peeling flowers.

Rails

Manufactured for a simple and easy installation of complete tandem systems with the MT Tumbler 200. The rails allow adjusting the inclination of the tandem, which makes it possible to adapt the peeling rhythm according to the variety to be processed (structure), the conditions ( humidity level) and condition of the machine (maintenance and cutting adjustment).
