MasterProducts MD Bucker 200 , the definitive tool for separating large quantities of flowers from fresh branches just harvested and also from already dry branches. Able to process up to 65 Kg every hour, the same work corresponding to 15 people. Made of stainless steel with a compact design, it can be easily installed thanks to its adjustable and anti-vibration feet.
The MD Bucker 200 can be adapted to any variety or condition of the plants to be processed. It has 3 interchangeable heads with different inlet shapes and diameters, selectable according to the state of the starting plant material. A tubular head designed to process the dry product. Another star-shaped head for branches with more branches. And the round, intermediate head, suitable for the vast majority of branches.
Capable of industrial large-scale work thanks to its powerful motor and rollers that can process any branch diameter, even larger ones, impossible for less powerful separators. Its adjustable speed control allows adapting the cutting speed for fresh or dry branches.
Its adaptability allows operator comfort since the main body can be tilted to work standing or sitting. In addition, it is very easy to assemble and disassemble to carry out cleaning and basic maintenance tasks that will not take you more than 10 minutes.
With its anti-puncture wheels and grip sleeves, it can adapt to any type of terrain, both indoors and outdoors.
It has a safety device that guarantees the protection of the operator while carrying out the work. When the front cowl is positioned correctly, a pin is inserted into the base, so that the machine automatically shuts down if the cowl moves.
