PRO-XL Ph-Bloom
PRO-XL Ph-Bloom is a pH reducer for flowering plants that contains 37% phosphoric acid.
The degree of acidity in the soil is essential for the absorption of nutrients by the plant, so maintaining a proper pH is vital for plant growth. pH is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of water, and can vary naturally or due to factors external. Most plants prefer an irrigation water pH in the range of 6 to 7, slightly acidic to neutral.
If the pH of irrigation water is too high or too low, it can prevent adequate nutrient uptake by the roots of the plants. For example, if the pH of the water is too high, it can decrease the solubility of the nutrients such as iron, manganese and zinc, which can cause deficiencies in plants. On the other hand, if the pH is too low, it can decrease the absorption of calcium, phosphorus and other nutrients.
The use of phosphoric acid as the main ingredient in PH-Bloom is ideal for lowering the pH of water. Besides, This nutrient is very important for the flowering phase of plants, since it participates in the processes of phosphorylation, photosynthesis, respiration, and in the synthesis and breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, and fat.
How to use:
- Shake well before use.
- Pour the Ph into the water tank until reaching values that range from 5.5 to 6.
