Oriline, Orius laevigatus (Thrips), is indicated for the biological fight against crop thrips.
Oriline contains the predatory bug Orius laevigatus which feeds on both thrips larvae and adult specimens. In addition, it is capable of feeding on pollen and also on the eggs of lepidoptera, spider eggs red fly, whitefly and aphid.
The bed bug Orius laevigatus passes from egg to 5 intermediate stages as a larva, until it finally reaches the adult maturity. The cycle is completed between 3 and 5 weeks depending on the environmental temperature. However, for To speak of complete establishment would have to elapse between 5 and 8 weeks.
Orius larvae are orange in color and should not be confused with thrips larvae. When they reach the maturity, they present a flattened and dark body capable of flying.
Oriline is supplied, in a 270 ml bottle containing 1,000 adults, or in a 500 ml bottle containing 2000 adults and 500 ml bottles with 2000 1st and 2nd instar nymphs.
