Bombuscolor - Triple Hive with Bombus Terrestris Bumblebees

Bombuscolor Triple is a natural pollination solution designed to optimise fruit set in outdoor crops with very concentrated flowering periods (1-5%), such as fruit trees (apple, pear, peach, cherry, almond, kiwi), red fruits, watermelon and melon.

Its structure integrates three independent nests in a single module —each with a fertilised queen, workers, pupae, larvae and eggs— ensuring intense, continuous activity at the crucial moment of the crop.

Designed to withstand the elements, it features a waterproof plastic cover and a technical ventilation system that ensures adequate airflow for the wellbeing of the colony. In addition, its opening and closing mechanism simplifies handling in the field and makes it easier to control entry/exit during phytosanitary treatments.

Key points for use and management:

• Installation: Place horizontally and raised off the ground (on a pallet), facing the sunrise and protected from direct light, drafts and ants.

• Start-up: Install in the morning or at dusk, leave to rest for 1 to 2 hours before opening the entrances and clearing the flight area.

• Maintenance and removal: If temporarily removed, activate the "entry only" option to recover the bumblebees, and always place it back in the same spot and position to avoid disorientation.

• Storage: Store or transport at a constant temperature between 15 °C and 20 °C in a dark, ventilated space.
